We need an Office Manager that can help lead the front office and back-office staff. Must be a self-starting problem solver who can work with minimal supervision and can shift priorities easily. This candidate should possess a Professional, Uplifting, Happy, Energetic demeanor with a “can-do” attitude. Seeking a well-rounded and driven Office Manager to join our River Oaks Private Practice at URBN Dental Uptown! Teamwork – Support and back-up team members to build spirit of cooperation and meet patient needs Administration – Log information on the FA Form and Service Render Sheet Discuss the dental disease process and likely outcomes of non-treatment Ask questions to understand the patient’s main objectives in treatment care and their possible objections Interface with clients to go over treatment plan Cover insurance benefits, coverage and co-pays, and patient financial responsibility Confident and kind when speaking to patients Cross-trained and willing to help in the back Our treatment coordinator handles the front desk duties.ĭuties include: Scheduling, Check-in, Check-out, Consents, Collecting payment, Presenting treatment plans, Posting payments, and Collections.
